i am not one that wears a lot of jewerly. barely can spell it. when i had heart surgery in 07 i gave my wife my only ring, my wedding ring to keep during
surgery. she put it on her finger and sometime during my stay she fell asleep in the waiting room and it fell off and was lost. i haven't purchased
another one, i know the importance of being true to my spouse without a ring.
my sister gave me a cross made from a birthstone ring my mother had. it had my sisters, mother's, father's and my birthstone in the ring. for mother's day years ago. i remember when she got it. i was just a little boy.
she had the ring melted down and the top of the cross is my father's brithstone, november, and at the foot my mothers, feburary. my sisters on the left side march, and mine on the right side for june. i will rarely wear it but it was a very thoughtful gift and though stones have changed over the years, it is still in thought of the 12 stones of israel.
