I need some advice for a friend of mine Jim. He is a fellow student and has post polio syndrome. He is a quadriplegic and on disability. He has a laptop but only free internet access and dialup. He gets such comfort from listening to PM and I am trying to find a way for him to be able to listen to bible studies whenever he wants or needs to. When Jim is left alone he has panic attacks and if he could listen to PM while alone I know this would make a huge difference in his life. He lives in Paris TX. He has very limited income. Does anyone have any ideas how he can listen to bible studies? I have sent him links to cindyszone and places like that with media share studies but he says he try's to download them and they take about 45 mins and then he gets errors saying it didn't download. I have sent him a companion bible and a magnifier you wear on your head like a jeweler. He has limited use of only one hand so he cannot hold a bible for long. I sent him a laptray thing that holds the bible or the laptop. but he needs to listen to studies. I am laid off from my job and struggling to make ends meet myself or I would buy him hi speed internet access. I am praying that Father will lead me to way to help him. I am out of ideas and turning to my fellow students for ideas. Maybe someone has a contact at the chapel or knows of a way to download that I don't. He can listen to the studies directly on the shepchap website. He said they start right up and he has no trouble.
