people risked their lives to hear the word back then, people was chattering during the teaching, asking others questions and talking between themselves during the person on the pulpit spoke. it didn't concern the one speaking at the pulpit, it was the congregation that was chattering. causing disorder.

if there is a man whom is well learned in the bible and can teach they should lead. but if the men are following traditions or lacking understanding then a woman should take the lead if she has biblical understanding, many women taught in the old and new testament.

in kings they found the manuscripts hidden in the temple and it was a woman that told the king and priest what the passages meant. the bible is full of example of gifted women who brought GOD'S word to light. if the person is learned in the word they are to be seed planters at least. or they are putting their light under a basket.

in joel chapter 2 and acts chapter 2 it is clear that both sons and daughters will teach or prophesy. for the church's that dismiss women, they are ignorant that the daughters here are women. apparently they read right over the words of joel and peter filled with the HOLY SPIRIT FOR THE FIRST TIME. @ pentecost in CHRIST, yaka.
