Another note from Steve Barwick with some details from Sunday's church service at the Chapel yesterday.
Some have emailed to say they appreciate being kept up on
events regarding the passing of Pastor Murray.
I noticed this post on Facebook from fellow Bible student
Gwen Love, who apparently attended the Sunday service at the Chapel today.
Here’s what she had to say:
“The first song we sang at SC this
morning was ‘When we all get to Heaven’. The song leader had a hard time getting
through it and many tears were wiped away. The lecture was ‘Pay it Forward’.
Speaking of God's mercy and grace. When God gives you a gift, take the gift and
do something with it. Isaiah 5, Deuteronomy 1, Mark 4, Mathew 25. Dennis also
said in about 10 days you will be able to call the chapel and press #6 to hear
an update on Pastor Murrays Memorial Service.”

My prayers are with Pastor Dennis, whom I am fully confident will take over the reins and continue to teach God's Word with strength and discipline.
It seems only right to close with these words: Semper Fi, Pastor Murray. We love you.

The memory of this great man--whom God raised up in these end times to lead many of His children to the truth--will live in my heart until the end. Truly, he brought God's Word alive with meaning, and I am sincerely grateful to Pastor Murray and to the staff of the Shepherd's Chapel for working so vehemently to share the Bible with so many of us who were spiritually starving. Well put Todd!!!
I'm sad, but happy for my teacher at the same time ( well said by everyone ). We are watchers so watch for what is about to transpire... Keep in our Father's Word and watch! In closing is all I can think of???
Ecc 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time
to every purpose under the heaven:
Ecc 3:2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time
to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
Ecc 3:3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to
break down, and a time to build up;
Ecc 3:4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time
to mourn, and a time to dance;
Ecc 3:5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to
gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from
Ecc 3:6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to
keep, and a time to cast away;
Ecc 3:7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to
keep silence, and a time to speak;
Ecc 3:8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of
war, and a time of peace.
