Well this is my state, the great state of South Carolina. I live right in the middle of the bible belt, although it is compiled by demoninational religions [I love it here].
My husband is the only Shepherd's Chapel student I have ever met, we were blessed to have found each other . Naomi |

I t is great to meet you. I have been studying with Pastor Murray for 10 years now and I can't believe I have just now found this site. It is so good to talk to people who see the truth. I normally only converse with my mother (who lives in Georgia) and my sister (Washington state) about the Bible. People at the church my family attends are so doctrine, as are quite a few people here. I wish I could find a good church here for my family to attend wher rapture isn't taught. How long have you been studying with SC. Damien

I started studing with Shepherd's Chapel Jan. 2001. My husband has studied for about 10+ years. We met in 2000, I had stopped going to churches because I can condemn myself enough without being condemned by them also (I was raise Bapt. -preacher's outcast granddaughter-). I really hope you enjoy this site, they are some wonderful people here. I just found this site a month or so ago, before that the only person I had to talk about God's word was my husband.
My sister-in-law & Grandmother-in-law lives in At, GA. Maybe eventually enough people will find the truth here in SC that a church can be started, it would be nice. But at least we are bless to have found it ourselves. You said you have studied for 10 years, would you please do me a favor. I created a chart outlining Genesis chapters 1 through 6, I've worked real hard on it. I just posted a question concerning my commentary on the chart in another thread on the bible disscussion forum. The link to my post is here: Translation Chart 1 - 6 completed. The link on my first post on that thread goes to my chart at my website. I have worked real hard on this to try to create a tool that can be used to help show people the problems in translation. If you would check it out and let me know your thoughts on it or how you think I may be able to make it better I would be very greatful. When it is complete I want it to be free to use by anyone to help further God's truth. I haven't sent it to Shepherd's Chapel yet but I will when I am comfortable with it. Anyway it is wonderful to meet you, I hope your family is well. and God speed.Naomi |

Hi everyone,
I haven't been on in a while but I always try to watch Pastor Murray every morning or study a video or CD. Right now I am studying Proverbs. It is incredible. Can't figure out why it is not taught more in the churches since it is so full of the keys to being happy, healthy, and wealthy (successful in business). I love the way PM teaches it. I found a few people near me who study with SC but after attending a few times discovered the main instructor had started taking his own take on subject matter that I just totally disagreed with and did not align with scripture. He believed PM was wrong on this particular teaching. I did not!! Needless to say, I went back to being on my own and now I okay with it. When God is ready for me to group He will show me the way. I had run an ad in a small newspaper and that is how I found the group. They were great people and dedicated, but I just prefer not to stray from the doctrine I know God lead me too. Create A Great Day everyday with Jesus! Bonnie |

I'm from Camden but I go to USC so I'm in Columbia often. Would love to meet fellow SC students and would most certainly be interested in any churches.
