When I have been in conversations with people concerning the whole purpose of this flesh age the question: "Why did God allow Satan to rebell and take one third of Gods children?" and "Why put us through the flesh age, why not go directly into the millenium without Satan's influence?" comes up. (Rev 12) I have tried to search through the forms for the answer under the season.org but I can't seem to find the answer by my self. Can anyone give me some insight on this. The way I see it, God gave all of us freewill. In the first earth age, satan chose to rebel.

I don't see it as God "allowing it". If God stopped everyone from behaving badly, freewill would be gone. And the third that followed satan, it was their choice. Just as parents, we wish our children to do well and make good choices, but they don't at times. The most we can do is discipline them and hope they turn around. But it's not that we allow them. We wish that our children would love us also, but we can't force them. Neither does God.

But, because God does love all his children, instead of destroying them, he gives them, us, another chance through this flesh age, being born innocent, with no memory of what we did before. Kind of like wiping the slate clean and starting over. And even that's not enough, God even goes further because he loves his children, he gives those who didn't understand what they were choosing in the flesh, an opportunity to chose during the millennium. Then, they will know full well what they are choosing and what the outcome will be if they still decide to follow satan.

At least, that's how I see it.
