GOD promised in jeremiah 35 that the rechabites would be given a role in leadership for bringing their father's works, to bring the negative side of the
plan of salvation to pass. their faithfulness was outshown more than israel and judah showed to their FATHER. in jeremiah the house of israel had already been
scattered, the rechabites out showed the house of judah in their faithfulness to YHVH. GOD allowed this to come by their great loyalty given to their father,
lower case. in CHRIST, yaka.
1 ch 2:55 tells us the house of rechab was the kenites, thus the rechabites are the kenites. disclaimer i would say speaking of the plan of salvation using a term negative must be explained, it is like electricity, it has to have a negative and positive side to work or be used for work. this is the way GOD made this world, for it to exist there has to be negative and positive events to take place for the plan of salvation to work as the FATHER planned it. HE gives us these facts about earthly things as electricty for us to realize as an analogy. furthermore to answer your question, they are hidden and protected as much as the elect for they have a very important role to fulfill just as the elect does. in CHRIST, yaka.

What Yaka said is true. For every positive there is a negative, and for every negative there is a positive. The entire universe (at least to our knowledge)
operates around this basic principle. Without both positive and negative forces life would cease to exist (at least for this dispensation and age of time).
The kenites have a crucial role to play, and so to the election of grace. You can think of the Kenites and the Election as being opposites of each other, as well as complementary to one another in the circle of this earth age. The kenites have always been with man since the time of Cain, and will continue to be so until the end of this age. This is documented by Christ in the parable of the tares in Mathew chapter 13. The election have also always had a remnant present amongst mankind to counter the kenites. Most people are unware of this, and therefore, they never truly understand why things happen in this life the way that they do. As for your question, no, most kenites are not "reverends". In fact, most kenites are further behind the scenes. We're told from I Chronicles 2:55 that the occupation of the kenites (at least some of them) is that of a "scribe". A scribe is one who keeps track of written records, and does peoles book work for them. It's because of the kenites that we have so many flawed translations of the Bible, and why historical records often contradict one another. It's also the kenites who help write many false teachings for the "church boards", and are then taught by ignorant pastors to the sheep. This is one way the kenites keep people decieved. What's the solution ? Do your own book work, and be aware of who is keeping your records and doing your translating. Never allow a non-Christian to translate the Biblical text for you.
